Because
we did not want to be dependent on others to meet
critical delivery schedules, we have our own fleet
of trucks. We wanted the best finish in the industry
so we have installed a state of the art finishing system.
To maintain absolute control of our quality we build
all of our products in house. Prestige even cuts
and builds all of our own parts and doors. We follow a strict regimen of quality inspections from the time the raw lumber arrives, until the moment you receive your cabinets.
Prestige Cabinets deliver the beauty and strength of real wood. Our cabinets
have natural finished hardwood interiors and no particle board anywhere!
Prestige has become famous for producing quality all-wood cabinets. We take every
possible step to protect that reputation.
Today, Prestige Cabinets is now a subsidiary of RSI Corporation and offers much
more versatility in the cabinet industry including; |

The Prestige PermaVar System is the latest in cabinet finishing technology. It is the perfect marriage of catalytic technologies, offering high chemical resistance and elasticity when dented.
|
 |
Our finish was tested using 26 household chemicals and outperformed other industry finishes.
|
|
| Testing
was conducted to measure the effects of acetone on a brand new
tabletop, a leading competitor's cabinet door with a catalyzed
lacquer finish and a Prestige door. A
four-inch wide pool of acetone was poured directly on the surface
of all three pieces and allowed to stand for two minutes. The treated
space was then rubbed with a clean cloth. |

Here
are the results: |
|
(A)
THE LEADING MANUFACTURER'S TABLE TOP
The finish of the new table was completely destroyed
after the
two-minute exposure without any rubbing. |
 |
|
(B)
COMPETITOR'S CABINET DOOR WITH CATALYZED
LACQUER FINISH
In two minutes, the finish on the competition's door
had begun to soften,
and in 45 rubs, the finish was completely
gone in the exposed area. |
 |
|
(C)THE
PRESTIGE CABINET DOOR WITH THE UV CURED FINISH
The Prestige Cabinet door showed absolutely no effect
after the
two-minute exposure and 300 rubs with acetone!
Our finish
is so tough, we use acetone as the final
cleaning agent
on our cabinets prior to shipping.
That's
Confidence! |
